Membership Dues - We currently have 93 members including 5 honorary (who are not required to pay dues).  Our 2019-2020 budget year began July 1, 2019.  As of today, we have 71 out of 88 members who have paid their dues.  We appreciate their promptness!  If you are one the 17 members who had not yet paid your dues or if you are not sure if your dues have been paid, please contact Brian Corcoran, Kim Bren, or Tim Bechard as soon as possible.  A portion of your membership dues goes to Rotary International and a portion to the District. These have been or will be paid shortly on your behalf, so it is important that you are up to date with your membership dues. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

Program of September 26th - Scott Hayden, Executive Director of the Adirondack Folk School in Lake Luzerne gave us a great presentation of what this school is all about. The school has been in existence for about 10 years and focuses of hands on learning for the many crafts used throughout our region. The focus is to preserve the heritage of the Adirondacks.  The trades offered include, but are not limited to: Blacksmithing, woodworking, basket weaving, making furniture, canning, painting, jewelry, soap making, and many others.  Scott provided a catolog of 50 pages which provide dates, times, and costs of the many crafts.  A great program.

The Warm the Children Program continues to progress with our new responsibilities since the former employee at the Post Star can not administer this program as in the past.  Cindy Amell and Lynda Albright has steped up to help with the interviewing and/or administration of this program. Additional volunteers would be appreciated.
