We recently received a large donation of books from the Crandall Public Library. This weekend we gathered to process those books and other donations. Stickers were added to 1900 books for Ben's Book Stations - a Literacy Program from the Ben Osborn Memorial Fund.
We add stickers to each book before it heads to one of Ben's Book Stations to show they are books managed through the free little libraries and to help spread the word about the program. It also helps us keep track of any donations that are left in the little libraries or come from other sources - new donations are sorted and prepared before being redistributed.

Literacy is one of our areas of focus as Rotarians and is a vital part of building a better society for everyone!
