The Pollocks Report on Nepal and the Looma Project
Feb 19, 2026
Come join our incredibly enthusiastic power couple, Lee and Linda Pollock. As you may be aware, Lee and Linda work hard to support education efforts in Nepal, where Lee served in the Peace Corps after college. Since then, they have built support, including from our Club and other Rotary Clubs, for Looma (read more here). Looma develops affordable technology to bring a modern education to all in Nepal, even those without power or Internet. In addition to developing technology, they provide installation and maintenance and teacher training through their local team. Lee and Linda will bring us up to date on the program and their travels! Come be inspired. |
